What should I upload?
Use clear, landscape talking-head footage with audible speech in English or Japanese. You must have permission to use the footage and any reference material.
How do credits work?
Editing costs 10 credits per minute of source footage. You see the server-measured estimate before starting. The first reference style setup is included; later style changes and some revisions may cost credits, which you approve first.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Open your finished video and describe the change. The request is assessed before editing; if it needs extra credits, you can approve or cancel it.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
You can stop future renewals from your account. See the refund policy for eligibility and contact support if you need help.
